We warmly welcome parents seeking admission for their child to Nursery at St. Francis' Convent School, Agra. Kindly read the following information and instructions carefully before completing the online registration process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Online Registration for Nursery will be available only on 16th and 17th October 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• The completed application form, along with the required supporting documents, must be submitted on the date mentioned in the Acknowledgement Slip.
• The child must be 3 years of age as on 31st March 2027.
• Age eligibility: Children born between 01.04.2023 and 31.03.2024.
• The registration fee of Rs. 700/- (non-refundable) is payable online while filling the form.
• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED

• Birth Certificate of the child issued by Nagar Mahapalika, registered at the time of birth.
• For Catholic applicants: Birth Certificate and Baptism Certificate.
• Aadhaar Card of the child.
• Identity and Address Proof of parents (photocopy of anyone of these - Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card or Voter ID).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

• 1. Visit the school website: www.stfrancisagra.org
• 2. Press the link "Click here for Online Registration" available on the website. The link will be active only on 16th and 17th October 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• 3. Fill in all the details carefully. After completing the form, click "Save."
• 4. Proceed to the payment page and complete the online payment. Take a printout of the Payment Receipt.
• 5. Click "Print Application Form" and take a printout of the Registration Form.
• 6. Take a printout of the duly filled Registration Form on A4-size paper (both sides) and attach a recent passport-size photograph of the child with the parents.
• 7. In case of any difficulty while filling in the form, contact +91 1145633078 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• 8. Submit the hard copy of the Registration Form, Acknowledgement Slip, Payment Receipt and all supporting documents to the school on the date mentioned in the Acknowledgement Slip.

• The Management reserves the right to grant or refuse admission and is not bound to assign reasons for its decision.
• Recommendation letters or telephone calls regarding admission will not be entertained.
• Parents whose wards are already studying in the school should attach a photocopy of the child's ID Card/Latest Report Card.
