Labour Day was observed on 2nd May, 2026 in St.Francis’ Convent School, with great respect and gratitude, acknowledging the invaluable contribution of the supporting staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes.
The programme began with a warm welcome, followed by a special felicitation ceremony. The supporting staff members were honoured with garlands and presented with gifts as a token of appreciation for their sincere service and commitment.
The event was further enriched with a variety of cultural performances. Students presented a melodious song expressing gratitude, followed by an inspiring speech highlighting the dignity of labour and the importance of respecting every profession. A graceful dance performance added vibrancy to the occasion which portrayed the struggles and contributions of workers in our daily lives.
